I checked out the U.S. Public Records Index and it has a lot of problems that limits it’s usefulness. One for the biggest is that it doesn’t give us the year that the information came from. It shows my grandmother as 104 years old but she died at 96. The twins in my family are shown as being born 6 years before their actual birth. My dad is shown as living in Hawaii at one time with his second wife but they never did. The only explanation is that my brother, who did live there, took care of Dad’s estate.
Please don’t believe everything it shows.
