This is a picture of my grandmother and my mother when she was about four in the 1920s. My grandmother was Evelyn Conner, married to Arthur Clyne Conner. Our family is looking for him.

  1. If William Harrison, or Evelyn Andrews would email be a larger picture of their family member, I will take the scratches and spots off their picture. Ne charge, I just like to work on pictures.

  2. I pray that you will find your grandfather. Where have you looked? Have you tried individual newspapers in places you think he may have lived? Have you checked with the Social Security info on Ancestry.com, Rootsweb.com? Have you tried individual town records, or the many cemeteries online? If you would like my help, e-mail me [email protected] & I will help you find what you need. I ask nothing in return, just a prayer that this mystery to his whereabouts is discovered. If you have an e-mail address be sure to include your name with it so I know not to delete it as junk mail. Did he disappear while your grandparents were together? Did he abandon his family? Where was he originally from? Do you know who his parents were? His siblings? If not, don’t worry, we’ll find him.
    Sincerely,

  3. I believe the surnames Conner, Connor & Connors may all have their origins in the Irish surname O’Connor. This surname is one of the most common surnames in Ireland and can be found in all parts of the country. I don’t know if this informtion is of any use to you – in any event I wish you well in your searching.
