New West Midlands Projects!
Today we launched two new projects West Midlands Police Records and West Midlands Police Records, Part 2. You will encounter police files and criminal offence records. These two projects are very similar – they are the same type of records – but for one we were provided different data from the archive than the other so there are different form types and fields being keyed.
The West Midlands Police Records has both Register and Record form types and 32 fields whereas West Midlands Police Records, Part 2 has only a Record form type and 18 fields. Refer to each project page for sample images and field instructions. Questions for the West Midlands Police Records should be posted to this message board and questions for West Midlands Police Records, Part 2 should be posted to this message board (each has the same name as the project).
