Congratulations to our winners and thank you to all who contributed – we completed more than 5000 records!

Challenge #2 is the Ireland, Famine Relief Commission Papers, 1844-1847.  There are currently 700+ keying image sets and 16000+ review image sets available and the project is 48.57% complete.  At 12 hours into the project we have passed the 500 record mark and by the end of the challenge our goal is to pass the 50% complete mark.

Daily Challenge – Tomorrow all contributors who complete 5 or more image sets will be entered into a drawing for their choice of a “Don’t Let the World’s Stories Disappear” t-shirt or a World Archives Project water bottle.

And we need to announce the winners for Challenge #1:

Top Keyer: Kristie, USA

Top Reviewer: Debbie, AUS

Thank you to all who contribute – every record counts!

I’ve been keying the Irish Famine Commission docs for months and while the number of available images is decreasing slowly – the completed percentage is not. I can only assume that no one is reviewing. Can we have a bit of progress on this one – its not really difficult and there are large numbers of blank images which are quick to complete
