More Criminal Records

This week brings us the UK, Police Gazette, 1816-1927 project.  These records provide details for crimes and we are keying information for the officials, perpetrators, and victims.  There are some articles that include disturbing photographs of men and women who were found dead.  If you find that you are not able to complete one of these image sets please cancel with the reason of “disturbing image”.  If you have questions or feedback regarding the project please post them on the Discussion page or the UK Records message board.

I do have a fondness for criminal records and find reading about the crimes quite interesting – I hope you do too. Happy indexing!

Shouldn’t the column titled “Roll in Crime” be “ROLE in Crime”, or are they talking about a cinnamon roll?
