The USHMM – Poland, Łódź Ghetto Register Books, 1939-1944 (Part 3) project is now available. The initial Łódź Register Books project will be available on Ancestry later this month! Register books provide details about the individuals who lived in the ghetto – the administration [Judenrat] carefully kept a register that recorded all of the ghetto’s inhabitants by street address.
