Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup of Cake Yeast
- 3 Cups of Flour
- 1 Cup of Lukewarm Water
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Cup of Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup of Tomato Puree
- 2 Teaspoons of Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
- 1 Pound of Mozzarella Cheese
- 6 oz. of Pepperoni
Directions:
- Combine flour, water, salt, and cake yeast
- Blend together with your hands until dough is formed
- Form dough into a ball
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for three hours
- Sprinkle flour on your work surface
- Press into dough with fingertips to flatten
- Toss dough until thin
- Spread tomato sauce on your pizza dough
- Add oregano and garlic salt
- Top with cheese, pepperoni, and anything else you would like to add
- Bake at 450º for 15-20 minutes
