 Ingredients:

  • 1 Pint of Mashed Squash
  • Butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Quart of Milk

Directions:

  • Slice squash into halves
  • Scoop out seeds
  • Bake for 60 minutes at 375º
  • Separate squash from the skin
  • Add whole milk to a pot on medium heat
  • Add butter and mix well
  • Add mashed squash
  • Add salt and pepper and mix well
  • Serve with some crackers
