 Ingredients:

  • 6 Medium Sized Potatoes
  • 1 - 2 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Flour
  • Water

Directions:

  • Peel and slice potatoes
  • In a separate pot, add milk and beaten egg
  • Mix with whisk
  • Add peeper, salt and flour
  • Mix well
  • Layer potatoes in circular dish
  • Pour mixture on top of potatoes
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees
