Margaretta De Boer was my maternal grandmother. However in 1901 their name was changed to Webb which remained until grandmother Margaretta became Baldwin when she married Alfred Baldwin. How would I go about finding information on Louis before he came to London? I would appreciate any advices you might be able to give me. Stay Beautiful. Irenex
