Brilliant blog William , every bit as interesting and useful as your posts. As you know I now think Ancestry is second to none, but would not have found that out without the help and encouragement given by all on the facebook page. So a big thank you to all from a very happy researcher.

Hi William, very much enjoyed reading your blog, smashing idea, wouldn’t it be interesting if a lot more people took your lead and wrote a little potted history, I will have to put my thinking cap on, my only claim to fame is a quite tenuous link to Sir Christopher Hatton the Lord Chancellor to Queen Elizabeth the First and thought by many to be her lover. But more of that later. Anyway Congratulations William on your bid for fame and don’t forget to keep the jokes rolling in.

Great BLOG William, We have also become friends on here too and I think that is just as important. As you know I too have had a remarkable journey with my family because of Ancestry. It would be greatt to maybe catch up next year when I travel to Liverpool to see my uncle Peter who I found in the past few months. It will be his 85 birthday and he is my late mothers brother who I never knew exsisted and I will be 62 when we meet for the first time…THANKS ANCESTRY!!!
