Yet again at the same time as yesterday we have a problem. Lost all last night and now looks like I will lose tonight as well. Its not good enough guys. Last night it was trees now it is search. Whats happening to this site. It looks like you have advertised too much and now you cannot supply all of us.

Site broken. I think the gremlins are trying to tell you that you shouldn’t have started messing about with all these ‘updates’ in the first place! Another day wasted, wishful thinking that there’s a chance of getting reimbursed for these lost days research!

I am completely unable to get an response from the website – I just can not connect – I have checked my web options and is an apporved site – I can connect to many other websites but no longer to Ancestry – I don’t understand why all of a sudden it is like the website doesn’t even exist!
Typing into the address bar or via a search engine, it just won’t connect me – please offer advice? Thanks

Search engine will not operate nor will ancestry allow me to add new facts – response is “please try again later” or “unable to display page” After more than a week this is becoming very frustrating, I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting but still the same scenario. Obviously I am not the only one having problems and would hope that ancestry can fix the site soon
