You make reference to a migration feature to convert to/from a Mac. Am I right in saying that this isn't on-the-fly, but rather in order to run on the opposite OS, and in many cases, replace existing databases?

What I'd like to know is: with home LANs being common place today, many will be hoping for a Mac version that can open/edit the same files as Windows, thus enabling the use of the same files on both platforms without conversion. When is this likely to happen, as for many it will be the only practical solution?
