My cousin bought a family tree maker as she has always wanted to trace the history of our family. We absolutely LOVE it. It has been an emotional experience as, with Ancestry's help, we managed to trace a long lost family member. A service second to none and something that the whole family can share. Thank you for bringing us together.

I was not very interested in my family tree previously, but since my partner loves the site and has got in contact with family he never new existed, I have become addicted to it!

The Irish article was quite interesting as his grandfather is Irish and mother scottish - would be great to get more similar info on Ireland.

The site is fantastic and so informative. It's amazing that your family history can be tracked back so well and so interesting to find out where I have actually come from.

Thank you for you hard work, I'm sure it means a lot to many!

I have a few freinds that have used Ancestry, both the uk and swedish site, and they are very pleased with the service they have been given. I am thinking of looking in to my family history and will definitely use you.

I did, and they can't. No one seems to realize that Germany and UK are all in Europe, so they won't deliver to me here. Amazon will however - so Ancestry's just lost a customer and a subscriber. Bye bye Ancestry Hello Find my Past dot com!

I'm not too happy with ancestry at the moment. I purchased a family tree maker from you in 2008 and it was posted to my address here in Germany. Having changed computers, I wanted to re-install it but find that the installation disc has broken. I've now sent 4 emails asking for help. Ancestry shop tell me they can't post abroad (why not? - you did in 2008) and ancestry support haven't even taken the trouble to reply to 2 emails and a request from ancestry shop to help me. I have all my data backed up on the old computer and can't use it. I'm now wondering if I need to carry on with my subscription at all.!
