I have been trying to order an updated copy of Family Tree Maker for the last half an hour. The Website refuses to recognise my telephone number, although I have entered it quite correctly.
How do I get past this obstruction?
My GGF William Wiemels born 1816 europe, Married Joanna Janson. Lived in Cleveland,Ohio. William applied for citizenship Naturalized Oct 04 1876,Cleveland. I have never found where he lived in Europe….Have never found the ship he arrived USA…R Wiemels
