This is a picture of my father, Homer Clarence Pitcock, and his sister, Bertie May. Homer was born 09 Sept. 1913, and his sister was about two years old in this picture. Their parents were Greenberry Henry Pitcock and Della Mae Barber Pitcock.
I think you have the captions switched on todays pictures.
I BELIEVE THESE CAPTIONS ARE REVERSED.
I agree with 1 & 2.
I agree with 1, 2, & 3; also probably 4 & 5 when they reply

To err is human, so please just correct the error ASAP.

you have today captions reversed
error in captions –
I think someone should proofread the captions before they are posted as this is not the first time they have been reversed.
Some fussy folk. It’s just a simple mistake.

Believe my husband’s first wife was related to this Noble family. Could you please have Jane Slaughter contact me.
My apologies for the error. Unfortunately I don’t have anyone to proof the newsletter once it’s completed, so once in a while you’ll catch me. Glad to see everyone’s paying attention this Monday morning. 😉
Have a great day!

Please have Jane contact me as my wife’s Ggrandmother was Elmira MOON of Jewell County , Kansas.
Thank You
Once again you have made the mistake of switching captions to the photos. Do you do this to see if people actually read the captions? Come on, get with it!
LOL….those kinds of mistakes can be erased. Nothing to get upset about!!!!!
I wondered if the Pitcock photo are ancestors from Kansas, the Ft. Scott area. My late wife had a maternal aunt who was married to a Pitcock from Ft. Scott. I would like to contact the contributor to see if it’s the same families
Need to hear who parents or any family of Della Barber Pitcock.
Barber is name of my GGrandparents.

Can we say OOOPS? Nice to know even a Geneology genius makes human mistakes once in a while. Thanks for keeping us on our toes.
