At our History Centre we do have to tell newcomers not to expect to be met at the Archive door by the Head Curator who has white gloves and a pile of documents all ready. I wonder if you could run some sort of competition or other selection mode so that ordinary family researchers might also enjoy what the Stars are enjoying - perhaps one person with a brick wall could be chosen.
