I had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother’s laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me.

I then decided to get professional help to solve my problem. After having received many quotations from various companies, i decided to go ahead with Online Tech Repair (

Reasons I chose them over the others:
1) They were extremely friendly and patient with me during my initial discussions and responded promptly to my request.
2) Their prices were extremely reasonable.
3) They were ready and willing to walk me through the entire process step by step and were on call with me till i got it fixed.

How did they do it
1) They first asked me to state my problem clearly and asked me a few questions. This was done to detect any physical connectivity issues with the printer.
2) After having answered this, they confirmed that the printer and the laptop were functioning correctly.

There’s no option to choose “Don’t show me this again” or anything else. Just a nearly-full page ad, right in my face, and I have to manually close it in order to use my paid service.

This constitutes abuse for to shove these ads down loyal paid subscribers’ throats.

And since this company, in its avaricious greed, now refuses to allow its regular subscribers a “Remember me” option when we login, we are forced to be slaves to’s advertising banners, pop-ups and full-page ads.

I already knew what counties my surnames came from, i wanted to know whether I am a Blair or Howard by blood, and to find other people who share the same numbers, and earliest ancestor.

By: Ruby L. Wiseman Sun, 29 Jun 2014 15:22:41 +0000 I’m totally confused after reading all the comments. I do not, so far find the searching for ancestry people friendly. So, I’m going to try the tutorials and see if this help.

I sent for the DNA, and now I’m hearing all this negative stuff. My confusion comes from this-have I thrown away my money on this? I’m asking, will I get the true DNA study, that I just sent out.

I’d like to hear from each of you- a balance of the negative and positive. So, please get back with me soon.
