I was very moved by Rashida Jones' pursuit of her Jewish heritage in Latvia. She and I have very similar backgrounds and the time periods in which my Jewish relatives would have endured life there would be the same as hers. It makes me really want to dive in to find my own relative's stories, especially what happened to those who didn't eventually make the journey to America. I just wanted to say the episode with Rashida was inspiring to me, and I appreciated every moment of it. I just wish I could get the kind of help with my brick walls that she got!

Why do you even list a phone number when no one answers after 20-30 minutes on hold? Also, emails apparently are ignored! I received an e-mail that my subscription needs to be renewed; however, when I review the page I was sent to, the writing there is most confusing. Would I be re-subscribing to Ancestry.com or some other service as indicated on your page? This is most frustrating since no one is answering the only phone noted. This is not the way you should be doing business!!!!!!!!!
