It is always great to have genealogy featured in mainstream TV shows and I love the CSI episode!
However, I think it might have been a little ‘out-there’ whenever she heard a new Surname she would immediately start a litany on the name. While we are always interested in varioua surnames, I don’t think most of us jump in with the history of a name. Just saying….it made her seem a little flaky.

I thought that was a great episode. I did not realize dealt with genealogy until I was into the episode but it was really well done I thought. Hopefully more topics such as this will be incorporated into other shows,

Really enjoyed it, I was really happy to see that other shows were including genealogy into there story lines. It will only help put seeds of interest into people that have only been thinking of starting there journey.
