Hi Lee (#63),

I am able to print a census image successfully. Perhaps it is an issue only affecting some machines.

Please contact our member services team. They will investigate the problem and help resolve it. Their contact info can be found at http://ancestry.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/ancestry.cfg/php/enduser/sab_contact.php.

RE maintenance issues - please work on the Print function within census records! Over & over we cannot print the original record, only the transcribed record. This has gone on for a number of weeks.

Hi Judy (#61),

I can't make sense of why this would happen for you. This sounds like something we will want to investigate.

Please email me the URL for the person, as well as your ancestry username. (Or feel free to contact our member services team directly.)

hi

KENNY

can you explain why it is that tonight while editing notes on my tree that i have been able too remove a small section on most i wished to do so but on two of my entries i have been unable to remove the small section i wanted to.

my notes look tipically like the following and i have been removing the section concerning the 1911 census and leaving the rest

...other preseding data.....Sutton, Hampshire, England Son Itchen Stoke Hampshire

********************

Last names First names Sex Birth year Age in 1911 District

APPLEFORD ELSIE MAY F 1900 11 Alresford Hampshire
APPLEFORD FREDERICK M 1903 8 Alresford Hampshire
APPLEFORD GEORGE M 1861 50 Alresford Hampshire
APPLEFORD MABEL F 1906 5 Alresford Hampshire
APPLEFORD MARY ANN F 1896 15 Alresford Hampshire
APPLEFORD SUSAN F 1905 6 Alresford Hampshire
APPLEFORD FANNY F 1866 45 Alresford Hampshire

********************

England & Wales, Death Ind...continuing data...

i have as i said been able to remove the required section on over 20 other records but on two i have received the following message!

Invalid or Unauthorized Input Has Been Detected

There is a problem servicing your request—it contains invalid or unauthorized data. The details of the problem have been automatically logged to our servers.

If you feel that you have reached this page in error, use your browser's Back button to identify the page and data that caused the problem. Then re-enter the information.

why when all i am doing is exactly the same as in the other people i accessed

i was able to remove all the data on one of the two people which generated the above message but when i tried to replace my notes with a new set i once again recived the unautherized message so now that person has no notes at all! i even tride restarting my browser and restarting my computer clearing my cookies ectra but still i get the unautherized message on these two people. its my tree my notes and all i am tring to do is to remove a section of my notes which i have do on 20 + other records and which concers the same refs to the cenus for 1911 just diffrent people this evening it makes no sence to me why i cant do so in these two people.
