You offered a free upgrade from 2008 to 2009 for our Family Tree Maker
we did not receive any advice on how to obtain the upgrade
now when we enquire,you tell us you are no longer shipping the Free Upgrade
what sort of organisation are you?
do yu honor your promises or not?

i just finished reading thru comments on upgrade to 2009. i have had FTM 2008 for a while, don’t know when or even if i’ve registered it. i have not used FTM for quite a while but am back at it again. i wonder if there is a way to get the upgrade to 2009? i guess i’ll understand if you say no since it is my fault i’ve missed this info. please let me know! thanks

So I haven’t worked on my tree in a long time and this is the first I’ve heard of the upgrade for FTM2009.
I recently sat down to work on my tree again and I can’t do anything – My 2008 version doesn’t even see my internet connection. I wish you had a better place to go for help. What and how can I get the update?

I have been a satisfied Family Tree Maker booster for 12 years. When I bought FTM 2008, I found it so difficult to use that I reverted back to FTM 2005. Please include me in the free FTM2009 version list.

I have been a satisfied Family Tree Maker booster for 12 years. When I bought FTM 2008, I found it so difficult to use that I reverted back to FTM 2005.I hope that FTM 2009 has solved all of these problems. Please include me in the free version list.

What is happening I now know a machine reads these posts and checks for duplicates
